Step 1
Getting Started
The 3-step loop: add recipients → compose your email → set your sending limits and click Send Blast. Emails then go out gradually in the background (a scheduled function runs every minute), respecting the daily cap, interval, and sending window you set.
Step 2
Dashboard
The landing screen after login: 3 stat tiles (recipients loaded in the current list, this campaign's live send status, and total campaigns archived in History) plus a list of recent campaigns. Read-only - nothing to configure here, it's a starting-point summary of what's happened so far.
Step 3
Recipients
Two ways to add recipients:
- Upload CSV - first column must be
email.
- Import from Google Sheets - reads the sheet's "Recipients" tab; while sending, each row's status is written back live into that same sheet.
Any extra header column (e.g. name, business) becomes a merge tag automatically. Download CSV exports the current list with status/sent time/errors; Clear List removes everything to start fresh.
Step 4
Compose & Send (New Campaign)
Subject/Body with a rich-text toolbar (highlight text first, then click Bold/Italic/Underline/Font/Color) or raw HTML via "Send as HTML". Templates let you save/load/delete reusable subject+body pairs. Merge tags ({{name}}, {{business}}, or any custom column) personalize each email - {{name}} falls back to "there" if a recipient has no name on file. Optional file attachment goes out with every email in the campaign.
Emails per day / Interval between sends set your pacing; Start/Stop time sets an optional daily sending window, interpreted in your computer's timezone (detected automatically when you click Send Blast, then locked in for that campaign) - leave both blank to send any time, or set Start later than Stop for an overnight window.
Preview Email shows exactly how it will render; Preview Schedule projects when each batch will go out. Send Blast arms the campaign; Stop Blasting (visible once a campaign is active) halts sending immediately.
Step 5
Live Monitor
Shows the active campaign's live sending progress, with its own Stop Blasting button.
Step 6
History
Every finished campaign is saved automatically, with its Sent/Bounced/Failed/Unsubscribed/Total counts - click ▸ to expand.
